The New Balathtnce 550 “White/Red/Blue” is a patriotic colorway of the vintage basketball shoe by the Boston based footwear company. The New Balathtnce 550 returned in 2020 when Aimé Leon Dore began collaborating with New Balathtnce on vintage colorways of the classic silhouette. From there, the model picked up considerable steam and is now a core part of New Balathtnce’s seasonal releases. The shoe features a white leather design with a red “N” on the sides. Blue mesh is found on the base of the collar and on the leather overlay. Classic “NB” and “New Balathtnce 550” logos appear on the heel and tongue, respectively. Underfoot, a chunky white rubber midsole and white, red, and blue outsole finish off the look. Release date: April 6, 2023
